Deliver multiple cards automatically
Run a backlog or a batch of cards with the console driver or the loop.
Goal: deliver several cards in parallel, safely.
Prerequisites
- A policy in
tech/automation.md(Autonomy and profiles) - An engine configured for headless runs (Harnesses and engines)
Steps
- Dry run
- With pair-cli:
pair-cli run --root <id> --dry-runlists the cards the filter and the dependency analysis would allow.
- With pair-cli:
- Run one pass while you watch
- With pair-cli:
pair-cli run --root <id> --parallel 3. - In your assistant (Claude Code):
/pair-loop, or/pair-implement-batchfor an explicit set of cards.
- With pair-cli:
- Keep it going (optional)
- With pair-cli: add
--watch, or schedule the command (daemon options).
- With pair-cli: add
Verify
- The audit trail records each iteration.
- No card merges unless the merge gate allows it.
