Automate work via tags

Goal: make a tag decide which workflow handles a card.

Prerequisites

• tech/automation.md

Steps

1. Map tags to workflows
   • In your assistant: add <tag> ⇒ <workflow> lines under ## Workflows (for example auto-dev ⇒ pair-loop).
2. Restrict selection
   • In your assistant: set filter in ## Autonomy to the labels unattended runs may pick.
3. Tag a card and run
   • With pair-cli: pair-cli run --root <id> picks up tagged cards only; a host trigger can call pair-cli run --card <id> --card-tags <labels> when a label changes.

Verify

• Untagged cards are never dispatched.
